I always remember the old indian name, SOH CAH TOA
translated: sine = opposite/hypotenuse
cosine=adjacent/hypotenuse
tangent=opposite/adjacent.

Yep. It is the difference between oxidation and reduction, but it was supposed to be GER.
Loses Electrons, Oxidation.
Gains Electrons, Reduction.
What can I say, I am a geek.

When Jim Tressel was head coach at Youngstown State, he made just over $100,000/year. When he moved to OSU he JUMPED to over $1,000,000/year. Talk about a pay raise!!!
What I was thinking about was the minimum 3% raise... Based on 3.5 million a year, he'll get a $105,000 increase next year and it won't keep up with the cost of living. :)
Whose cost of living???

A newly discovered chapter in the Book of Genesis has provided the answer to 'Where do pets come from?'

And God said, I will create a companion for you that will be with you and who will be a reflection of my love for you, so that you will love me even when you cannot see me. And God created a new animal to be a companion for Adam and Eve. And it was a good animal. And God was pleased.

And God said, I will create for them a companion who will be with them and who will see them as they are. The companion will remind them of their limitations, so they will know that they are not always worthy of adoration.'
And God created CAT to be a companion to Adam and Eve.
And Cat would not obey them. And when Adam and Eve gazed into Cat's eyes, they were reminded that they were not the supreme beings.
And Adam and Eve learned humility.
And they were greatly improved.
And God was pleased
And Dog was happy.

why is this so hard to understand for so many people? this only affects free TV that is sent out over the air and received by an antenna!! end of story. If you get cable, or satellite it doesn't affect you.

my first class A was a 1997 35' coachmen santara with a 5.9l cummins diesel and I got an honest 12 to 13 mpg. They could do it 10 years ago, but not today. Progress????
